Prezi Tutorial
Prezi Zebra Wheel
When you click on any object in Prezi, it will bring up the Zebra Wheel. This wheel has three circles inside of each other. Each wheel does a different job. Center Wheel - Click and drag this to move the object around. 2nd Wheel - Click and drag this to change the size of the object. Outer Wheel - Click and drag this to change the rotation of the object. The Zebra Wheel works with typing, pictures, videos, and everything else in Prezi. |
Prezi Toolbar
The Prezi Toolbar is located in the top-left corner of the screen. It has multiple options. By clicking on a circle, you select a new option. Insert - This inserts pictures, videos and shapes. Frame - This inserts frames. Write - This allows you to type. Colors & Fonts - This allows you to change the colors and font options. Path - This allows you to tell the Prezi in what order you want your presentation to appear. Show - This allows you to watch your Prezi. |
Colors
You can change the colors on your Prezi to make it more your style. Feel free to play around. Colors play an important part in making your Prezi look good. The key to good colors is to not choose too many. Because of that, Prezi only allows you to choose a few different colors at a time. You can choose any of the themes included with Prezi, or you can create your own by pressing the Theme Wizard. |
Creating a Path
Creating a path is like playing Connect-the-Dots. You simply click on the objects in the order you want them to appear. As you click, you will notice a little number in a circle will appear over the object. This tells you the order in which the object will appear. As you click on more objects, lines will connect the objects together. You may also notice little circles in the middle of these path lines. You can click and drag these little circles to change the order. For example, let's say you had a line between Object 2 and Object 3, but you forgot you wanted to put something else between these two objects. Instead of deleting all your paths and starting over, simply grab the little circle in the middle of the path line and drag it to the object you want to appear between Object 2 and Object 3. This will automatically update the object numbering. |
